On 09 April 2013 I raised a concern with 8ta mobile about my two accounts that were cancelled due to late payment without prior notification. This I did via hello peter because I could not get through to their call centre, the very same day I got a response from 8ta and instructed me to send the proof of payment I then sent it on the 10 of April 2013. Today it's the 19 of April nothing has happened I have send emails literally begging for assistance for a service I have paid for and now I'm back again at hello peter is this really the only way a customer can get a service providers attention. I think this company really needs to go back to the drawing board my advice STICK LANDLINES . your rates are affordarble but you have cost me more.
