MTN - Unable to even do a simple sim-swop

I did a sim-swop at 09:57am on 16/06/2013. It is almost two days and a simple procedure which normally does not take more that 1 hour, has still not been processed.
I phoned the call centre on 17/06/2013, who said that the old sim is still active and that the procedure was not done properly. They advised me to phone the store where I did the sim-swop, who would be able to correct the problem. I left a message for Albertino to call me back, which he never did and I called him again. He said that everything was done on his side and that there is nothing more that he can do.
What do I need to do now? Neither the call centre, nor the store is able to assist me.
