Problem sorted only to get NEW problem

Sisa phoned me and advised that my overcharge had been resolved and that my account had been rectified. 2 days layer my account gets debited for 4700 odd for a contract of 189!! I tried email and nothing. I want my money paid back into my account today!!! No excuses, no 48 hours nonsense, sort this out now!!!
