Shocking service (2.5 months, still no resolution)

My 1st phone (BB Torch 9810 broke after 4 months of use). No warranty assessment was done. I just started getting refurbished phones. After the 4th one (within 6 months of purchase) I got them to do a warranty assessment. Now they cant provide me with a 9810 because they have discontinued the phone. They also cant provide me with a suitable replacement with the same features. I need BIS that includes onscreen browsing, unlimited email. This is after all what I signed up for. Apparently there are all sorts of ways ro resolve this that suits them, but none that suits me. Now between Armandt (store manager), Mongezi (repair centre manager) and who know who else, its taken them 2.5 months to get this matter to their retentions dept. I been contacted once by them and was told by Sam she would get back to me. No surprise here - Ive heard nothing.
I cant believe that a company this size is capable of this level of incompetence.By the way, MTN's turnaround time is supposed to be 7-10 working days. From this I expect only a generic resopone as has been the case in similar complaints. It's highly unlikely that these people will find a solution. Where to next?
