No such thing as customer service at Cell c

Let me state the occurences and you be the judge. On 27/9/2012 I purchased 24GB data pre paid at 2GB per month. About 4months ago the problem started, in that the connection would continually drop, this has got progressivly worse in that it now drops about every 3 minutes.
On 20/3/2013, I reported it to the branch at Blue Route Tokai. The assistant filled in a "Network Problem Investigation Sheet", which he said, would be forwarded to their Technical Dept. On 27/3/2013, when I telephoned the call centre, I was informed that they had no record of this occurence. It then "registered" and I was informed that a technician would contact me by 09/4/2013. On the 10/4/2013, upon my query, it was now the 15/4/2013. Craig to follow up.
11/4/2013- Craig phoned, technician to call 12/4/2013. 13:05, Craig phoned, Technician to call in the next hr.
15/4/2013 technician phoned, working on transmitter, will call me back.
15/4/2013 17:15, technician Nathan called, "good signal, good download speed" must be their transmitter problem (he also picked up the dropping of the connection)
17/4/2013 I sent an sms to craig for an update, his reply, by sms was that he was in heavy traffic and thus could not
