Horrible attitudes and terrible practice

I took a 24 month contract with Autopage last year that was to cost me R259.00 though I noted that they had been charging me R337.00 so I requested my oney back but the attitude that i received was horrid! I asked them why they had been taking the differance and they replied that it was a proffessional package that they had added for me though I had never even requested this?! when I requested a credit the staff of the bluff branch was so rude and dismissive to me that I had to question myself as to if they were personally taking this illegal profit? I think that Autopage as a whole is not too bad but Bluff Autopage staff are terribly illmannered and unprofessional. Ill never go back there if I can help it!
