Have tried numerous times to get through to Nashua. each time i spend over n hour on hold and get nowhere. When I did get through I asked for a recurring bundle (which I never requested in the firste place) to be removed as well as other bundles and an itemised billing to be sent. The advisor said the call was free from a cell phone and would do all the necessary work, got no feedback and my bundles are still on and when I got my account I had been charged R150 for the call. Worst customer service ever. I want out, and will never recommend NAshua Mobile to anyone, your service .. Your slogan does not match up to your service. You have wasted my time and money. I just want my account sorted out
