NEW BLACKBERY - NOT WORKING

On 9 April i collected my new BB 9320. 4 days later the keyboard stops working . so now i constantly have to reboot by removing the battery.
I am likely to be given a written warning or worse fired as i cannot take or make calls from my employer when this occurs.
Nashua now wants to send the phone in for rrepairs.
I want Nashua to give me a brand new replacement phone and have this faulty one repaired at their own convenience.
This contract was barely a week old, before the fault occurred
