Do you switch the network off at night?

I am self employed in the construction industry. I am on site all day and hope to do admin, email clients and send quotations in the evenings. Since buying a Cell C internet dongle I have not been able to access internet or email between 6pm and 6am. It is almost as though the system switches off at 6. I cannot pay suppliers nor wages unless I rush home and get this done before 6. I have escalated this to your technical department (Ticket TT 176 3519), they sent me a form which I completed and returned. They told me to wait 7 days for an improvement - that was 21 days ago. I mailed them back to say that things are worse, they never came back or gave up. I spent R700.00 on the device and expect some service out of it. The signal shows 100% HSUPA but all I get is ZSUPA (Zero Speed uplink Packet Access). This complaint was sent in the evening from my tablet which uses an MTN sim card. (Cell C still shows 100% signal but cannot even open google home page or even run the Cell C speed test installed on the device). Please just be open enough to tell me to switch operators or fix the problem. I am losing business and need to do something soon - switch to MTN?
