Nashua Mobile incorrectly charged me out of bundle rates for data while I had data bundles on my phone. It has been a month now that i have been trying to resolve this, and they keep making promises of getting back to me but they never do. I keep phoning (their chargeable 086 number), and I often spend more than half hour on the phone to consultants, explaining everything. I have logged various online queries as well, I get smses of promises of feedback yet nothing!!! But come the end of the month, they will be too happy to from me again. With such big discrepancies in their billing and their unwillingness to help customers they should be investigated.
