Bad service

I have a mtn top up 200 contract with mtn on my phone number 083 3837 202. I took it for 24 month. A year later i took out a second contract with the existing one on the number 078 0526 715. I have been paying every month at Absa Bank 3weeks ago i wanted to do a migration from voice to data but mtn says i hv not being paying my account.
