Can ANYONE in Telkom explain the incompetence?

I bought the 60 60GB prepaid package at your store in Witbank, but when I got back to Kriel the sim didn't work! All I got was a text message to confirm my number and that I was now registered. Eventually I managed to get back to Witbank where the manageress at the store in Highveld Mall proceeded to tell me I should not have been sold that package as I lived outside the zone. The employee had left a week earlier and there was NO chance of a refund or to reset the registration even though I have been unable to use it. After spending R1800, I have NO service, NO satisfaction and NO money either! Every employee of Telkom has a different story to tell about what they can do or what they sell...! The level of incompetency from a corporate company like this is shocking beyond belief and I can't help but feel absolutely enraged at how we're treated like fools whilst our pockets are fleeced... Is there ANYONE in Telkom who actually KNOWS what is going on without lying..??
