Whats happening!! is service going down the toilet with Telkom, well its kinda isn't it!!
I applied for an adsl line in dec 2013, they delivered the package and ever since it has been a nightmare installing this on my computer, I have phone 10210, 10217 and even 10213, you will wait for 2 hours before a "higher being" I mean a Telkom employee will answer the call. whilst trying to explain malebo that Telkom sms me the user name and passwords she adopted an abrupt approach and finally hang up on me!!!
what do I do now, I am billed for the service, Telkom enjoys the proceeds from this service in their bank account!! down the sewer with Telkom you stink!!!
