No response after complaint about adsl line

I reported a ADSL line fault on 06.02.2013 and it was escalated to Telkom. I was contacted via phone on 11.02.2013 and told Telkom is working on the problem. Since then no response from mweb or Telkom concerning my fault and my ADSL line is still not fixed!
