Not processing request, after giving the advice

I went to the Canal Walk Branch, and asked them to terminate my contract when the 24 months were over. I also asked them if i can keep my number but on prepaid because i wanted to port it to another network. they said yes it is possible. i filled in the termination form as well as the migration form, so that i could port my number afterwards.

At the end of last month my number wasnt working. i was on holiday and had no documentation on me to port my number. then when i got back, i remembered that my number should've been moved to prepaid. i called the call centre, and got told that my no. is with the legal dept. calling the legal dept, they said i had an A account and that it was not with their dept. they said that they requested my number be activated and that i should wait - 3 working days for it to work. it's day 4, and still nothing. i called now again, only to be told that my contract was terminated and that i have not filled in a migration form, when i know i did. i have to hope and pray that i can get my number back now, because they cant guarantee anything. HOPELESS!!!
I'm highly disgusted in their service, & will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
