STRUGGLING WITH MTN - CENTURION HYPERAMA BOULEVARD

This is now the 2nd week I go there and they are not open at 09h00 as they should be. Always stock take, but everyone is busy on a computer. I go there early before they get busy!!!
I upgraded 7 April on a Sunday afternoon, and someone assisted me, very friendly and received good service.
Only problem is that I received a phone and the battery is not even lasting a day and this morning when I went there again and they were busy and not opened.
Why cant they do things after work in the afternoon?

I need assistance with this new phone, and I am not going to send it in for repairs and wait a long time. I received a bad quality phone and wants it replaced, I am not going to struggle for the next 2 years with this phone.
