Gave notice on my contract on 12th July 2013. Took two and a half months to get my new phone because the incorrect paperwork was done by Nashua. Finally got my new phone at the end of September. Then took another 2 weeks to port over the number because they forgot to do the port. Once the new number was ported I was unable to use it for three days because they forgot to RICA the new sim on their system. Through this process I have called the call centre several times and have not had any help what so ever, they just refer you back to the branch who never answer their phones. I received an SMS asking for details of my compliant which I replied to by SMS - never heard another work on that. When I checked my phone after using it for a week or so I noticed that they had not loaded up my data as promised. Again had to visit the branch for the seventh time to sort that out. Final straw was yesterday when I received my bill and have been billed for data that forms part of the contract as well as not receiving credits as promised for the two months I had to wait for the phone. Seriously wishing I had not chosen to stay with Nashua Mobile.
