Cell C
CELL C PATHETIC INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

I have been experiencing permanent network issues with Cell C in the area that I live, Phoenix, Unit 9 - Wyvale, Rydalvale in Durban. The people in my neighbourhood are having the same difficulties connecting to the internet irrespective of the model of cellphone. This matter is continuously being prolonged and we have lodged numerous complaints but all of which has fallen onto deaf ears. I have two cell c contracts. I own two blackberries and the fully functionality of the cellphone is internet dependent. My internet speed sometimes goes to 1kbps which is pathetic. Cell c claims to have a great foundation especially with its connectivity but where is the actual customer satisfaction. We are in desperation to have this issue resolved. I would port my cell number but i have a contract. In a way this is a violation of my contract as cell c does not provide proper internet service yet i am paying for it. Other networks work perfectly here. What angered me the most last night i called the helpline after waiting for 20 minutes, my call was terminated. I had to call again and waited for another 15 minutes only to be told there isn't any issues but a compliant will be filed
