Cell C
Blackberry charges in Thailand

HI,

I went to Thailand to get married and got a great wedding present from cell c, a R23000 blackberry services only bill.
I laid a query according to their contract and heard nothing from the company since this was done.
Yesterday as normal my debit order to cellc went through and amazingly they debit the whole R23000 from my account with no phone calls or responses from them at all.
I only spent 8 days in Thailand using my phone, so think if it was a month and a R500 000 bill???

The best of all, the roaming service on my phone was active without me doing anything to activate it, they do not warn or say anything to help the customer at all.

Another thing, I went there 2 years ago using the very same cell phone but only on cell c prepaid and it did not cost me a cent, how does that work?

So cell c, should be all rather revert back to primitive pay as you go systems to help you out?
