Second complaint about no internet

This is my second complaint regarding the same issue and Cell C is demonstrating just how poorly they heed onto their customers complaints. I have two contracts and a prepaid number and the functionality of my cellphones (z10 and iPhone 5) is dependent on the Internet. In addition, I need to be in constant communication due to my profession. I am unable to utilize the internet from my home, Durban, Phoenix unit 9 - Wyvale Place in Rydalvale. It shows full signal strength and on 3g but i cannot connect to the internet. Sometimes it says searching for network. This issue is more frustrating especially from 5pm to 11pm. Its a daily issue and I am not going to tolerate this any further. Its a breach of my contract and i will cancel my contract without a cancelation fees in terms of the CPA should it not be resolved immediately. Everyone in my neighbourhood as the same problem. When im at work i enjoy using my phone but the moment i get home its a nightmare. Please don't respond by asking me stupid questions like what phone im using or what area im from as this information was given before and is already mentioned above. Do something constructive like sorting the issue out asap
