I have been without a phone for 6 weeks now due to incomptence, phone returned for the third time for the exact same two previous complaints. After numerous phone calls as to the status of my phone I've just been given the run around, I've been promised someone will get back to me (also numerous times) and of course this does not happen. I do not want the same phone back and was advised I'd be getting a replacement BUT WHEN? NOBODY WILL TELL ME AND I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT ANY LONGER!!!
