International Roaming - HORRENDOUS CHARGES!

On the 3rd of April, I contacted the Cell C call centre to ask for activation on my International to travel to France. The guy I spoke to didnt explain the charges on my data and simply told me to view them on the internet. He said he would send me the T's and C's but received nothing. Upon arriving in France, I got an SMS from the provider that my service had been suspensed and that I owe over R16000. I spoke to a Bongi who exlained that it was from my data bundles because I needed to switch off my mobile data while travelling as they charge over R100 per MB. I was not informed of this on the phone. And as far as I know, I didn't increase my limit which is R1800 monthly, so why did Cell C go over that amount. I was NOT informed of the charges, I was NOT sent T's and C's and I didnt ask for my limit to be increased. Cell C has failed dismally in following the Consumer Protection Act rules and would like a discount on this ridiculous amount as I will NOT pay that much money! It's ludicrous and the fault was on your incompetent cal centre staff. I even asked for a reference number yet I havent received feedback: 3040701269!! UNACCEPTABLE!!
