Disappointed in service

I am a long-time client of Nashua mobile.
I've got 4 contracts with them and were happy with the service till my last attempted upgrade.
My BlackBerry handset got damaged and I decided to do a upgrade to the new BlackBerry Z10 on 3/4/2012.
I was told that they had no stock but there is on order.
I explained my issue with them that I need the handset urgently as I use it for work purposes.
I am still waiting after two weeks after explaining the urgency of the matter several times to client services, upgrade department and even in writing on their Web-page (ref 268116).
I've been told every day the last couple of days that it might be here the next day just to find out it is not available.
Other companies offer to help me immediately as they has stock.
Maybe it's time to change my service provider.
