I've never experienced such bad service, i went to the walk in shop to enquire about IPhone contract . the consultant was not helpful... i couldn't hear a word she said when i asked her about the documents
required for the contract for, after asking her to repeat herself ..she was still not helpful. her attitude it's appalling, she doesn't have any customer centricity, i just wonder what she still doing there if she treats her customer's like her. I went there twice to ask to speak to the manager, every time I'm told that the manager is out. Everyone is complaining about felicia's attititude.
