Manager tells me to my face he wont help me!!!

I was in the process of cancelling my Vodacom account so that I can take out the new S4 on another Vodacom contract. I basically couldn't upgrade until December... So the Vodacom call center sent me forms to fill in so they could cancel the contract for me.

I walked into the Vodacom shop close to Incredible connection and I asked the Manager if he can please print out the paper that Vodacom call cancelation dept sent me. He said to me "No, I'm sorry but the store owner is full of, he wants to keep his running cost as low as possible and he wont help me with this request, He said I must go to a internet shop and they will print it for me!!! " LIKE!!!???

I decided right there I'm moving service providers and I went with cell c.

This is completely unacceptable from a Vodacom store manager, don't "we, the consumer" pay for a service?
