I submitted a report on Hello Peter some month ago when I initially tried to resolve a problem with MWEB and had no luck.

Now, nearly 3 month later, I find myself in a position where i regularly get calls and sms messages form a collections agency querying why my account is overdue, when I have repeatedly been informed by MWEB that they will not invoice me due to the fact that the account is currently under review/dispute.

The basis of the dispute is complete lack of delivery on a Cell C 3G card purchased for my iPad. I am unable to make use of this device as the signal is basically non-existent in each of the areas i frequent. I have been through the settings to ensure that they are all correct and still have no luck. I simply want this contract (2 as I purchased one for my wife as well) cancelled so that I can move ahead and get a device from a supplier whose signal is infinitely better.

Please contact me so that we can resolve this issue, as the call centre/store employees/cell C employees and technicians have been of no help in attempting to resolve this excessively long outstanding issue.
