Mweb can not provide their advertised services

I registered various domains mweb is not able to make these work for more than two months now. I also dialed them last Saterday, they indicated that they could not find my account on their system, yet I have a bill that was deducted off my bank account.

I also have a unlimited windows hosting service that gets debited every month, yet they could not get it to work. Simply go to [URL Removed] to see.

I had complained repeatedly, they are not able to resolve this, yet they deduct money without delivering the services, most definitely a breach of contact.
