I switched to Cell C on 1 Feb after a long period with MTN and Autopage and have had nothing but problems and poor service since then. The response to telephone and email complaints is a joke.

I have been complaining about the network by email and phone since day one. Eventually a technician came last week after numerous followups but I have had no feedback since the visit.

When I took the contract I advised that it was essential that I had roaming. I had to pay a deposit of R2500 which was fine but after two trips overseas I have yet to be able to make an international call from the country I am in and only once did an sms go through. I have reported this on both occasions but have not had a reply other than to say it should have working.

I have also asked many times on the phone what the point of the email customer service is as normally no one responds to it other than an automated acknowledgement.

Please can I be refunded go back to a service that works and a service provider that cares.
