Telkom ADSL problems

Two weeks after the first complaint about the ADSL problem experienced and reported to Telkom "custemor service" - a concept they have not yet heard of - is still unsolved. This problem has been reported many times but met only with an apology. In the meantime I am being billed for thr non service. REF 1250CRZ030413
