Dear Voda not so COM... I am still awaiting a response for my previous complaint 29/04/2013 and i am very appaulled by this and the fact that i also logged two service requests and more than a week later still no response. I was charged a BIS fee on my account since my upgrade of which i want a refund because i upgraded my phone to a smart light package with a samsung phone. how and where was i gonna that BIS...
i just really think your service has gone downhill and still going that way... and oh I still dont have my R138 back into my BANK ACCOUNT.
