On account and no service provided

I upgraded, airtime was then transferred from my account to another cell phone number via the vodacom website. I can not log onto the website as every time I do the password gets sent to the person who the airtime.

Secondly I have logged 3 service requests with no service back. The first was on the 5th of November 2013. Still no response. I am on the phone daily to vodacom to sort this out with no help.

Thirdly I migrated my package to the smart xl but it is still reflecting as the talk 240. Can you guys do anything right? I can see this being a mess as well. I regret carrying on with you as a provider. I should have switch to another provider when I had the chance a month ago.
