I took a blackberry handset on contract in December of 2011. I was able to use the app world for about two months, then I was unable to log on which meant I couldn't download any applications or download the ones I had. I called and emailed numerous times. I would be put through to the "blackberry technical centre" where no one could help me. When I continued to call I would get phoned back on weekends only. Now, in 2013, I finally figured out myself how to resolve the issue.
Highly disappointed with the customer care at Cell C especially after I have convinced almost everyone I associate with to move to their network! No follow-ups, no response to emails. I'm only getting to reap the full benefits of my handset when I'm already 8 months away from being due for an upgrade.
