This is the second time in under a month that I'm laying an official complaint about Vodacom. I complained that my phone had some serious issues and after handing over to Vodacare and requesting a new handset I was informed, both in writing and telephonically that Voadom was unable to give me another handheld device.
I was informed that my phone's ready for collection: and I went to pick it up on Friday; I can't be more disappointed with the service once again!
The problems are now more severe than the 1st time around. Within 15 minutes of collecting phone the problems came flooding in:
-Phone died within 15minutes after being fully charged (12/04/2013)
-No emails coming through (from 12/4/2013- present)
-BB App World not connecting
-Phone was on charger for 16 hours! but has not charged
*It does not make sense having a new handheld device if the problems are persistent. It begs the question as to why I had to hand in the phone if nothing was resolved- the problems are worse..To make things worse I checked my bill for this month and it's sitting at over R3000! (I am reluctant to make this payment as there is clearly something wrong with the phone/line and the major incovenience!!)
