Cell C
Can't update billing email / mail undeliverable

Cell C fails to update by billing email address despite this being done online and then also notified the next month via their online complaints form, to which we received a reply.
Now this month I try contacting them via email to 2 of their client services addresses, but both are undeliverable die to "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now."
