Upgraded at Game, getting billed an amount almost double of what is agreed on (that's why I chose top-up contracts to avoid the surprises). Old contracts were a casual chat @ R69pm includes 100min talk 120sms's 100MB data. Calls in peak charged additionally and a Control Chat 100 @ R100pm. Upgraded to 2 X R149pm Straight up 50 blackberries with the BIS included in the R149, (bill cant be more that R300pm for both combined). Since then each month bill is more that R300, no material problem I understand there are pro rata and this and that. But THIS month the bill is R560.

140 - accounts call center that asked a lot of personal questions to confirm that I am the actual account holder dont want to fix the problem, first the operator claims that I loaded extra data bundles etc etc, I denied and asked for proof, then she blamed Game and claims I have to go to Game and waste more of my time there.

Do you have the agreement that I signed? If not, why cant you get it? I have the agreement with Cell C, not Game. As mentioned in the recorded conversation with your friendly and patient operator I will gladly reverse debit orders until you fix this.
