Bad service and damage goods

I took out a contract with Telkom direct Clearwater, from day 1 i was given extremely bad service, no stock, I was asked to fill a application and they would contact me no, i had to call several times only to be told the sales consultant handling my contarct was working at Cresta for a week, I tired to call Cresta store nobody answers their phone, i then got the managers no, finally my order was processed, when i went to collect my phone i was told Helen the sales lady put the wrong phone on the contract & i had to wait till Monday, I got a call on a Sunday to collect my phone which was ready at Clearwater, on attival i got no contract, no purchase slip and no instructions about the contract, i used the phone for a week and the phone heats up and battery dies in 1hour, took the phone back the following Sunday and was told that I had 7 days to return the phone but i was never instructed this by the sales lady, i was never given any documentation stating these terms, very poor service from Telkom being a huge company. Now they want to send my new phone for repairs for 2 weeks.
