BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I called MTN Brooklyn late Saturday afternoon to find out if they had the Samsung Galaxy in stock and spoke to Lizette! Without hestitation she confirmed the store has one and I asked if she could keep it for me till Sunday!
When I called yesterday she immediately helped upgrade my contract, shewas very efficient!
I've been with MTN for a long time and this is the 1st time I've been helped in such a proffesional way! Lizette know her work and products (she even help my husband with his setting) She is an asset to MTN and should be reconized!!
