Cignal problems

Took out 3 contract, moved to a new business premises, have no signal here, phoned store, filled in complain, nobody respond, phoned gave me a technical guys name and he promised to come and see what problem, might need a booster, still to date nobody came to business and it cost me money per call and we loose signal in all calls and cant use Internet stick
