I am an existing customer of Cellc & have always been using Cellc. I applied online for another line for a tablet contract. The agent keeps on making promises to give me a call. I even email him and gave him a specific time on his request. Still NO phone call. Clearly Cellc DONT CARE!!!
I am disgusted. It should be a quick and simple process starting with something as simple as a phone call.
Cellc DONT CARE about their existing customers and now will be making use of other suppliers!!!
