This is my second letter to 'hellopeter' for the same problem. It seems like Vodacom have no real wish to resolve my predicament. I am disappointed, let down and thoroughly despondent with the treatment I have received from Vodacom. After waiting for two weeks without a phone, (My phone was deleted upon porting out through no fault of mine) being shunted from one place to the next, having been to Vodaworld twice and recently in contact with Rashieda Jattiem who writes one liners to me, I don't know what to do. I do not want to get a new phone number and don't know how long I must wait. She has now transferred me to accounts for further investigation. I don't owe any money to Vodacom and the basic trouble is that I have no one to speak to. I have purchased a new SIM card for R105 which supposedly would allow them to reinstall my number and allow me to port and this was a week ago. Vodacom you have lost the plot badly - you have no interaction with your clients. Can somebody take the time to assist me with this matter.
