Worst service ever! Cannot assist a client with a double deduction! I also had to have my service disconnected in March because a brightspark there could not read a statement and interpreted my double deduction as a non-payment. But did u receive funds? Yes. So why is it a non-payment? can't answer. So they resume my services, no apology for inconvenience or poor service. Now again. No payment for Feb. No double deduction for March, but monthly premium received for March on the 25th. Services suspended on the 14th of April. They can do a double deduction, but services to be resumed after the payment. They can't assist now and resume it. SO how are u assisting they client with a good payment profile, when your problem resolution is for me to make a manual payment. Is that all??? WILL NEvER TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT wITH THEM!!!
