Incorrect D/O deduction - termination of service

This on behalf of my fiance whose MTN Uncapped Broadband service has been suspended due to the incorrect debit order deduction date applied by MTN and the incompentence of MTN staff to acknowledge and rectify the problem. She has a contract that states that the deduction date iro payment to be the 1st of every month. She has a facility against this account whereby on the 6th of every month after deductions have taken place, the remaining funds are transferred to another account. MTN incorrectly applied the debit order deduction on the 6th of March 2013 after the funds have been transferred out of this account. She banks with the same bank as MTN, she has provided proof to the local MTN branch that sufficient funds were available on the contractually agreed date for the payment, it is therefore MTN's responsibility to acknowledge and resolve the issue. On Monday, 18th March 2013 at 17h30 when she was talking to an MTN representative on the phone, the call was terminated as the "offices close at 17h30". What poor and pathetic service. After 2 days, she is still without internet, as for myself an existing MTN customer in the process of moving to Swellendam, no future business from me
