I made an application for a prepaid meter on 01/07/2013 and was told that a rep will call me within 30 days. I called back on the 23/07/2013 and was told that they could not pick up my application. The call centre agent then advised that she will someone to look into it and call me back. A lady called back to tell me that my application does take up to 6 months but that someone will come out to the premises. I call back today being 08/08/2013 and am told that due to a system error that I was aware of the application did not go through and that a new application was put through on the 23/07/2013. Now I have to wait for another 30 days before someone comes out and before I get a quote. This is appalling. I really dont think I should bear the brunt of something that clearly was not my fault. Really bad taste left due to the arrogance of the call centre staff.
