Money for nothing

I am living in Secunda and have complained for over 8 months about poor and no signal delivery. I am supposing a Platinum client of Vodacom, but they have continuously failed to resolve this matter, even after mailing the CEO of Vodacom on several occasions. Vodacom went with the option of a signal enhancer, but hence, if you enhance nothing, you will still get nothing. Not rocket science lads. I am utterly disgusted at their service and advise South Africans to support other service providers who can deliver on a simple service like signal. Enough with your excuses, I have had it and according to my Consumer Rights will not tolerate this type of service anymore. We have to leave our house, which is smack in the middle of Secunda in order to make phone calls, and in the process not being able to be called by friends, family or business related matters, and I am not even touching the matter of emergencies of any kind. Vodacom, you are my hard earned money and are a mockery amongst the people whom you have forgotten to be the real reason why you have your existence.
