What a joke

So after I never heard back from Bianca S I go and buy myself another phone - yay - may I recommend the galaxy and use Vodacom. The Crapberry goes in to get repaired and they tell me it is a battery problem and my phone is no longer under warranty. No it is not do u not think I would have tried another battery! But to humor them i buy another battery, clearly looking for sales anyway they can. And low and behold the battery lasts one day and phone shuts down consistently - gee - what a skilled company u guys represent.
