Sold Data Package without consent (then Handed Ove

My mother was sold Data Bundles in the most of ways (mind you she does not even know how to switch a PC on) and now she's been handed over to the Revcom for Lord knows what. No one is willing to help understand the nature of the account but it looks like someone wanted to make a quick buck by making a sale, not considering the negative financial impact this will have on the consumer. I am very disappointed in Telkom, such a huge Telecomms organisation with such a good reputation.

Disgusted.
