TRICKED BY TELKOM INTO BUYING PRODUCT

My mother (who is computer illiterate) was sold "Prepaid Data Bundles", which she had never received a modem or any documentation for. Now she has been blacklisted for something she has never used or know how it works. This is very upsetting as she gets calls from the lawyers everyday, who cannot even tell her what the product she has been listed for is. I find it disgusting that such a huge organisation allows their staff to manupulate customers into buying into products they have no knowledge of, so they can get commission. This is very upsetting and a bad credit record is a hefty price to pay for any elderly woman.
Disappointed.
