More than 2 weeks to apply as a corporate client

I applied for a corporate contract 16days ago. I was told that this would take 48hrs from the time that my documentation was sent in. It didn't. I've probably been into the store 5 times, waiting 30 minutes for parking and having to take time of work each time.

The first time I returned (8days after applying) no-one knew who I was, where my forms were, what the status of my application was, or if it had even been sent. I waited for 30min before being told that the lady who had originally helped me was out of office and they could not get a hold of her. Later that day I received an email from said lady saying that the print/scanner had been broken and that she had been sick, but that my forms would be sent off immedietly. I've since had to resend my purchase order. Also had to wait for a phone to be sent from Canal Walk. Today I waited in store for another 30min to check on the status of my activation before leaving empty handed. Reason? Someone is on honeymoon.

Is the system set up in such a way that one person's absence stops the whole process? The people are friendly but this is absurd and I am worried that this is what I can look forward to from Cell C for the next 2 years?
