A respond would have been worth the wait

I applied for a contract phone on the 8/08/2013 I was toldi would get the respond in 48hrs, 48hts I waited till on monday 12aug when I called the branch I spoke to a lady who told me she'll call me later.tuesday comes still waiting and I call again to ask how far n this time I found the lady who helped with the application she toldme somethingabout the system and that we can reapply.didnthave a problem with that we reapplied had to wait another 48still no respond till I went to the branch 15/08/2013 I get the same reason about the system and have to reapply and this time I couldntdo it.ig it had declined an sms or phone callwould have better than having to go through all that. I honestlybelieve this could have been avoided
