Incorrect Info on a new contract

I upgraded my Blackberry Curve on Monday to another Blackberry Curve Contract. I mentioned "I believe we will need to pay for data used, e.g. going on Facebook, receiving emails, doing bbm" and the response from them was "no, not". They said the new contract is exactly same as the previous one. I asked "no hidden costs" and they said "no". Last night I received sms "You've now used 50% of your MTN BB fair use allowance". Not knowing what this was I went back this morning to be told that I only get 200megs/month for data. I specifically asked "no hidden costs" and they specifically answered "no"... what is this then? Surely it's a hidden cost as I will need to buy more data? I have my own business with 3 email addresses coming to my BB (that is why I went the BB route as I need a phone that does emails & bbm). I will now have to remove 2 of the email addresses in order to use less data a month, which means i will now be running my business less efficiently.
